Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our digital products come with a money-back guarantee.

1. Guarantee window

You can request a full refund within the money-back window stated on the product's sales page and at checkout. For our coaching systems this window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Other Professor's Pocket products may state a different window on their own sales page.

2. How to request a refund

Write to support@professorspocket.com within the guarantee window, from the email you used to buy, stating the product purchased and the purchase date. No explanation is required.

3. How the refund is issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider (Whop) / the ImpulTienda checkout. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to our digital products bought through our official checkout. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, requests made after the guarantee window has ended may not be eligible. Any bonuses included with your order are yours to keep.
